Steve Gold had difficulty renewing his membership and he sent the following to Carmen:
“I know you’re not looking for blood. So, I won’t needle you about your system. I know you’re not trying to stick it to me.
After this email, I know you would like to find some experimental spots under my fingernails.
I am not a prick or a jerk, and I’m sure professionally you aren’t either, having a gentle sure touch.
Before I cross the line again, how about I just thank you for the response and say I’m going try again. Having no discretion, however, I’ll say it, let’s stick together till this is solved.”
